Impulse Doll

First doll in a looooong time, holy cow. Now I remember why I haven't done them in a while *rubs eyes*

Bart Allen! I couldn't resist making a doll of him (even if I'm not the best at it)
He's more in the style of how John Stokes draws him, as Stokes draws him with more crazy wavy, kinda curled hair, rather than his normal shaggy hair. His cowl is down because...I was too lazy to do it.
The background was done (lol) on an impulse, so ignore it's craptacular-ness.
